Submission Rules

The film reserves the right to change the rules of the festival or cancel the prize and notify all participants in a timely manner

RULES

Entrants warrant that they are the owner of the copyrights in all submissions and that they do not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights of third parties. By submitting an entry, the entrant already owns the full copyright of the film.

Once the work has been submitted and accepted, the entrant may not modify or withdraw the work at will. Please ensure that the submitted work is final.

All entries will be judged by an international professional jury, and the members of the jury will score according to the criteria of creativity, artistry, technicality, and story emotion.

With the New Haven Student Film Festival, you'll organically present your work to audiences and industry professionals around the world. Whether your film is a feature film, a documentary, an animation, or an experimental film, we welcome your participation.
